After three generations cultivating vineyards, we ventured to make our own wine. It was not a light decision: we committed ourselves together with the rest of the family to produce wines of the highest quality.
We introduce you to our firstborn.

Year: 2020
Aging: 12 months in new and semi-new French oak barrels with medium toasting
DO: The wine was raised in our vineyard, on Burgos lands, in the town of Gumiel de Izán. Therefore, it belongs to the Ribera del Duero denomination of origin.
Quantity: In our effort to take maximum care of quality, we choose the best grapes to create a very limited number of bottles. In this case 3,557 bottles
Variety: 100% Tempranillo
TASTING NOTE
COLOR
Cherry red with some bluish hues. Possible turbidity not eliminated on purpose to maintain all the aromas and flavors of the variety and of this particular wine.
AROMA AND TASTE
Expressive and highly aromatic, sweet and lively. Red and black fruits dominate, with a slight hint of licorice, very typical of the Tempranillo variety. The wood appears after a slight aeration, showing sweet notes and a seductive finish with complex aromas with soft tannins that are intertwined with the ever-present fruit.
PAIRING AND SERVICE
Perfect in our acclaimed Mediterranean diet, amazing on tapas due to its modern cut and serious enough to pair with hearty meals where it can be perfectly expressed with light appetizers, cold meats, spoon dishes, meats and homemade stews.
